Do you know Angelie?

Angelie is the grand daughter of a dead chieftain man named Magno, who claimed he was the "Messiah" to return for his people. Angelie is one of our sponsored students. A few weeks ago, she received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. She knew that through Him alone are the Way, the Truth and the Life. Her eagerness to learn more of God's Word is evident because even though it's raining hard she comes down from her village to our Youth Bible Study. Sometimes she is discouraged by her mother to attend when the weather is not good but still she comes. Lately her sisters joined, and unexpectedly the whole family allowed us a day to visit and pray for them. Do we sense a door ready to unlock? Then help us to unlock through your fervent prayers for the whole family's salvation and change their belief with the truth.

Fishermen use bait to catch fish. Our student sponsorship program is compared to bait. It's like hitting many birds with one stone. Children get an education to gain knowledge and hear about the Kingdom of God. The parents are blessed; and opportunities open for a bible study. We envisioned that house churches will be established. Be inspired to involve and invest yourself for the Kingdom of God to be built for the Pulangihon, in the southern island of Mindanao.
