From its earliest days, OMF has believed in the long haul. We are here to make disciples and plant groups of churches.

Who would we like to have join us?

People who will learn the language and really get to know the culture. Who will become like those they serve so as to live out the truth of the Gospel in a way that they can grasp. To understand first; and then seek to be understood. To interpret and apply the Bible in such a way that churches are built on timeless truths.

People who will keep going when the going gets tough. Who will persevere because God has called them. Who will establish churches that lead themselves, evangelize their own people, and reach out in mission to other people groups.

Doing this requires time, people, commitment and resources.

Will you join us?

The Philippines is an open country. We are free to evangelize and plant churches. We serve the existing church. Depending on the context, we work under or alongside it, trying to start church movements among the unreached and lesser reached.

help spark church planting movements
work with students
do community development
minister to the urban poor
teach in Bible schools and theological seminaries
train leaders and full-time workers
publish books and produce literature
translate Scripture and broadcast the Good News
teach missionary children
serve as dorm parents
manage guest houses
provide essential support for missionaries
